Body Art

Closest to Tattoo is probably Body art. If I’m too chicken to get a tatt, I guess I can go with body art and I’ll get to change the designs as often as possible. Less painful, more selections :-)  Just a thought!

I’m in love with anything that represents beauty, and I’ve always found the human body the greatest design of all things. When displaying with only skin, the naked body, is at its best appearing. Some people who know and have seen my collections of artworks here and there think that I’m into sex and women; I don’t blame ‘em though. However, that is not what it seems, and only part of that is true ;-) I do love the fem body, well, providing that the body is in shape, but I’m not a sex addict. Anyway, I don’t paint or draw, but if a beautiful woman trusts me enough to give herself to me, I know I can make her truely feel and look like a real work of art.

Tattoo – A piece of art!

Growing up in Vietnam, my Mom always gave us the impression that having a tattoo on our bodies would make us appear uneducated and low class. However, since I got to live on my own in the U.S., I’ve had a different view about tatoo. To me, it’s like a piece of artworks that can tell a lot about one person if it is being done right. By that I mean when the designs are chosen with care and mature thoughts, tattoos will not only decorate the body, but also enhance the soul of the individual.

To my surprise, my brother, Lam Son, has just revealed to me about 2 weeks ago that he has been thinking about getting a tattoo since he was 18. What a coincidence! I have been wanting to get one myself since I was about that same age as well. We just did not talk about it with anyone in the family simply because it is understood that we are not allowed to have one done on our bodies. LS and I share a very special bond between each other; there is nothing we don’t know about the other, including our sexuality and all other personal issues. So ok, we had such an interesting and long conversation about tattoo and the art of its; And we’ve both come to the conclusion that if we have thought about it for such a long time, and we still think about it, that means we really really want it. However, we both know that it is not possible to erase the design once it is done. Well…. technically we can, but it will leave an ugly scar on our skin, so that doesn’t qualify as “erase.” This is actually the only reason that has kept us from getting one since forever. We just don’t want to get any design just for the sake of having a tattoo. No, that would be very stupid.”Tattoos are like marriage: it’s a lifelong commitment, it hurts like hell, and the color fades over time.”

That quote is not mine; it is said by somebody… somewhere; but it is very true. That’s why LS and I will start collecting different designs for our selection. We’re giving ourselves 6 months from now to pick out one best design for each of us; one that we will keep checking back every day, just to make sure that we still like the same one some months later :-) We’re also giving ourselves 6 months to work on our bodies; we need to always be toned and in shape, well, we all have skinny built in our family anyway, but being skinny doesn’t mean the same as being in shape, at least not according to our standard. A carefully chosen piece of arts can only look good on another carefully cultivated piece of materials.

There go our reason for wanting to get a tattoo. I’m going to start the collection as 1,2, and so on. I kinda have an idea of what I want, but it’s not quite defined yet. I know for sure I don’t want any shade though ’cause that just makes it hurt even more. Outlines of a shape will be great enough to me. Yeah! I love having one, but I’m a chicken sh.. What can I do!?
